The UK’s market leader in bespoke fitted furniture for more than 25 years, now requires a Client Service Co-ordinator to join their busy Client Service department.
The role provides a communication link between our high end discerning clients, sales, field and operational staff.
Basic duties include:
- To liaise with clients and staff over issues raised pre and post installation
- Assume ownership of all projects
- Ensure correct processing of orders in accordance with departmental systems
- To provide prompt courteous service to all clients
- Update call logging
- Keep office and field staff informed of key matters
You must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A confident telephone manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- IT literacy
- Good organisation skills
