Client Services Account Executive

Job Accountabilities:
- To control and monitor all aspects of live jobs from specification through to invoicing.
- Convert Clients instructions into job instructions using the appropriate computer package
- Manage the timing of clients work between all other relevant departments
- Setting up of new accounts and monitoring credit control
- Material and stock management on clients jobs and contracts
- Complete transport requests as required
- Process postal reporting and dockets
- Compile information for invoicing, ensuring that all activities are recorded accurately and that invoices are prepared and presented accurately and timely
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Knowledge and experience within the direct mail and publishing industry.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Good problem solving skills
- High level of English literacy and extremely numerate
- Good computer skills including Excel, Word and the ability to learn new software packages
- The ability to cope well and remain calm under pressure
