About the company

Have you ever wondered why, despite today’s technology, we still struggle to find cures for conditions such as cancer, cerebral palsy, autism and arthritis? It's simple - we're all unique. What works for one of us may not work for another. That's why where some medicines fail, stem cells succeed.

This company has been founded on the mission of connecting the 7 billion potential stem cell donors worldwide – each one a potential life saver for a loved one or stranger somewhere on this planet. They want you to #BePartOfIt

As a client relationship officer you will be an integral part of the client relationship team who are responsible for presenting their unique product range to consumers who have expressed an interest in protecting their future health. Principally you will be selling their services and be central to an outstanding customer experience with the company.

Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Responding and managing all inbound enquiries relating to their public (donation) and private stem cell banking services as well as our newly launched health test products.
- You will confidently consult and engage with all leads ensuring that they have been provided with relevant information in order to make an informed decision
- Utilising Salesforce (a CRM system) to ensure that all leads are entered accurately and followed up in a timely and appropriate fashion by phone and email
