As a key member of our team, you’ll be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment; should be a self-starter who’s also a quick learner, be happy working to deadlines and have a keen eye for detail.
You’ll have P&L responsibility for a portfolio of existing clients, will support and train your clients (on and off site), produce client reports (e.g. analysis of CSAT results, benchmarking & employee surveys) and meet with clients regularly to identify their needs & add value.
They will provide you with new and innovative products that are highly in demand, the support of a well-established team of highly experienced colleagues and the full backing of their expert product support and development team.

The ideal Client Relationship Manager will have the following skills and experiences:
- Excellent people, presentation and sales skills, preferably from a B2B environment
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve.
- Good understanding of commercial issues facing managers
- Experience from the Contact Centre industry and/or consultancy a huge bonus
- Able to work on own initiative or part of our super friendly team
