This company is a well-established family run cottage agency based near St Davids in Pembrokeshire.
They work with Wales’ premier selection of high-quality cottages.

This position is within the team that liaises with existing owners and helps new owners join the team.
Experience in holiday letting, or an interest in, holiday homes would be very helpful. If you like watching Grand Designs, have a keen eye for design, can deliver the benefits of the company in a professional manner and not get flustered when handling a tricky situation, then this job might be for you.

Their focus is on digital marketing, so knowledge of marketing is helpful, but not a prerequisite.
The role includes visiting and assessing holiday cottages, administration, copywriting, pricing of property for holiday lets, complaint handling and more. Being a small-medium sized company there is lots of multi-tasking.

Specific responsibilities:
- Help find appropriate quality cottages in Wales.
- Visiting new and existing holiday cottages throughout Wales.
- Providing advice and support to owners, pricing holiday cottages, providing feedback to owners.
- Writing descriptive sales copy. Both for off-line and online strategies – an understanding of SEO would be advantageous.
- Work with proficiency on computers including custom software.
- Complaints resolution
- Quality control checks.
- Assist in brochure creation.
- Help find suitable new property.
- Improve customer relations.
- Write regular newsletters to owners.
- Take a friendly but professional approach to all customers and staff.
- Analyse the performance of cottages – provide solutions.
- Problem-solving with existing owners.

Skills required.
- Charming friendly confident and knowledgeable personality. This is a people business.
- High degree of computer proficiency.
- Calm, friendly supportive communication style.
- Ability to meet targets on time.
- Ability to interpret analytics software such as GA and others.
- Understanding of cottage owners and holidaymakers needs and wants.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- High degree of proficiency with written English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Full driving license.
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
