This company is a rapidly growing supplier of cutting-edge software applications to leading global food businesses. Following an intensive and sustained period of growth there is an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship & Support Manager to join their highly innovative team.

This unique and exciting role will involve managing client relationships and developing the processes and team to support this. This will include working with senior leadership teams, the supervision of people and resources as well as developing and standardising internal processes and KPI’s.

The company are looking for a technically minded, intelligent and enthusiastic Manager who will relish the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth of this dynamic business. They will be experienced in organising teams, managing client relationships and have first-rate process and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing processes to handover technical client accounts from the delivery team
- Developing and managing second line support and account management teams
- Planning and delivering client product upgrades across the client base
- Responsible for client satisfaction
- Managing client support hours
- Developing client accounts in line with business strategy

- Professional, articulate and able to communicate at all levels
- Able to make key business decisions
- Strong mentor and management style; able to develop teams and identify internal opportunities

Experience
- Experience in managing support teams
- Experience in developing and running processes
- Proven client relationship management experience within a business to business environment
- Knowledge of the Food sector is desirable but not essential
