Join this company and help the Not For Profit sector make a real difference in these exciting technology times. As a Client Onboarding Specialist you will help charities with all their Cloud IT and comms to ensure they are able to collaborate across the organisation, anytime from any location or device, while saving money. They work with the Microsoft 'Tech For Social Impact' team (TSI) to provide Microsoft services to help organisations move to the cloud or ensure they are making the most of their current cloud services.

They also help with:- Hosted voice, Mobiles, Broadband & Cyber security.

This is a fantastic role working with their customers to help facilitate the introduction and implementation of cloud services. You will deliver technical workshops and organise site visits for project planning, as well maintaining a high level of process quality and consistency.

As part of the Professional Services Team, you will also work closely with the Provisioning Team to ensure they deliver services as per the project scope. You will be responsible for developing excellent customer relationships and following best practices to bring clients onboard and online in the stipulated time frame.

Responsibilities:
- Technical project delivery on time and budget
- Risk assessments to flag issues before they become problems
- Site visits to ensure projects are on-boarded to the highest standards
- Ensure correct skill sets and resource for kick off meetings
- Manage day-to-day project operations
- Create customer facing project plans
- Ensure projects are delivered in the shortest possible lead times, maintaining a quality customer experience
- Deliver technical customer workshops
- Work with Sales and PS team to build, and deliver customer solutions
- Become a product specialist (e.g. Mobile Iron, AI, Machine learning)

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, and an excellent communicator.
Regular customer site visits are required so a clean driving licence is necessary.
