A Client Administrator is required to join a leading provider of marketing services.

They have provided a range of marketing services for over 20 years. Predominantly servicing the property industry, the company has expanded to offer a variety of marketing, digital, printed material and energy services.

They have approximately 200 employees based in the UK and South Africa. This includes 70 people nationally, providing estate agents with detailed floor plans, professional photography, Energy Performance Certificates and property inventories. They require a Client Administrator to join the Head Office client/production liaison team to support their growing client base.

Duties to Include:
- Providing a high level of customer service to the client base via telephone and email
- Managing and resolving issues received from the client base, liaising with production dept. and field staff
- Assisting clients through the ordering process
- Monitoring field staff workloads and quality and addressing accordingly
- Providing administrative support on the management system including editing order details, reassigning cases, etc.
- Managing the department’s incoming and outgoing post
- Data entry and checking
- General administration tasks

Experience Required:
- Must be an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner
- Must be computer literate with a good understanding of MS Office
- Prior customer service experience preferred, but not essential

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
