With over 30 years’ experience in the industry this companies established client base range from National Facilities Directors for blue chip companies to Office Managers, they cover an array of services that are required to effectively clean and maintain professional work places throughout London, the South East and Home Counties. The company is quickly becoming the one-stop shop for all office cleaning and maintenance needs!

They are looking for an experienced, well organised and highly motivated individual to organise and assist the management of 100 cleaning contracts, 4 cleaning contracts managers, supervisors and 100+ cleaners. The role is predominantly office based and heavily reactive to make sure that their clients receive the best service possible and the highest standards of cleaning.

Duties to be undertaken in this role:
- Interacting with clients (front of house)
- Updating cleaning scheduling database
- Collating Audits and Spot Checks
- Creating site folders
- Organise and scheduling work
- Arranging stores orders to sites
- Assisting Payroll
- Assisting HR Manager by recording New Starters, Holidays and issuing contracts
- Assisting with quotes
- Complaints Resolution
- Electronic Filing

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following:
- Great communication with Clients
- Diary Management
- Updating Databases
- Collating information and reporting
- Scheduling
- Maintaining Supply levels
- Accurately putting business documents together
- General office duties

Beneficial additional experience and skills in the following areas:
- Experience of cleaning industry including various cleaning database packages.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety (inc COSH and Risk Assessments) and Employment Law
- For shortlisting purposes, the ideal candidate will have strong experience in an administration
- The job role will be responsible for overall administration duties and front of house. The role will be predominantly Monday to Friday during normal office hours.

The role reports directly to the Operations Manager and Director.
