Post 1; EYFS/ KS1 – Full Time, Permanent contract, MPS

This post will be to work alongside experienced, creative and very enthusiastic colleagues, with responsibility for one of their two infant classes. Opportunities include working within a diverse and exciting curriculum, with learning outside the classroom as a core philosophy. Experienced teachers or those seeking further experience are welcome to apply.

Post 2; Upper KS2 – Full Time, Permanent contract, UPS with a TLR3 for Leadership responsibilities

They are seeking an experienced and talented KS2 Teacher who will maintain their excellent academic standards, as well as bringing with them; fun, excellent behaviour management and the ability to inspire their growing young people. The leadership responsibility will be awarded through a TLR3 for TWO years to take overall responsibility as part of the SLT, working with staff and governors to develop excellence in Assessment and Understanding of Effective Learning. Professional development in school leadership will be offered as a priority for the right candidate.

The Primary School is rural primary near Bourne, of up to 119 pupils on roll. It is highly regarded in the local community and has well-established and experienced staff. Governors, parents and members of the wider community are actively engaged in school life and bring valuable strength to their school.

The available roles have arisen due to the promotion of longstanding, outstanding teachers.
