They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Childcare/Early Years/Teaching Assistant professional to join the family.

The role is offered on a permanent basis and will include travel within the East Midlands, a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be working with local Schools and Early Years Settings to guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training in Childcare/Early Years/Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships. You will be responsible for delivering training and undertaking assessments, whilst continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers as an ambassador for the business and their offering.

The Individual

Ideally you will be a qualified and experienced Childcare/Early Years/Teaching Assistant Trainer Assessor and must have a relevant Childcare/Early Years/Teaching Assistant qualification and/or occupational competence at level 3 or above. You will have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others and we will consider training you if you have the right skills, experience, occupational qualifications and attitude.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people and proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.
