This company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Childcare/Early Years professional to join their family.

The role is offered on a permanent basis and will include travel within the East Midlands (covering Derbyshire and/or Nottinghamshire initially), a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be working with local employers to guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training in Childcare/Early Years. You will be responsible for delivering training and undertaking assessments, whilst continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, whilst being an ambassador for the brand.

The Individual

- Ideally you will be a qualified and experienced Childcare/Early Years trainer assessor and must have a relevant childcare/early years qualification and/or occupational competence at the level 3 or above. You must have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others.
- You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities.
- You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.
