Due to internal promotion and growth, they have an exciting opportunities for experienced and motivated Childcare / Early Years professionals to join the family.

These are two permanent and one fixed term role currently, they will include travel within the East Midlands (covering Derbyshire and/or Nottinghamshire initially), a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be working with local employers to guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training in Childcare / Early Years. You will be responsible for delivering training and undertaking assessments, whilst continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, whilst being an ambassador for the business and their offering.

The Individual

You must have a relevant childcare / early years qualification and/or occupational competence at the level 3 or above. What they really value your industry knowledge and experience, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification and experience would be an advantage, full training and support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people.
