The main responsibilities are:
- Prepare breakfasts, lunches and snacks for varied times of the day to suit breaks in the company.
- Plan menus on a weekly basis to ensure variety and keep to a budget.
- Manage Kitchen Assistant
- Order ingredients according to menu plan.
- Estimate expected food consumption and minimise waste.
- Ensure kitchen and appliances are kept clean as determined by company policy and law.
- Preparation of pre ordered buffets
Hours are:
Monday - Thursday 06.00 - 14.45 Friday 06.00 - 12.00
