The ideal candidate will undertake the following, primarily across North West London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire -
- Building surveys
- Homebuyer reports
- Party Wall Awards
- Schedules of condition
- Schedules of dilapidations
- Valuation reports
Requirements include:
- MRICS / FRICS qualified
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Driving license
- Computer literate
- Ability to attract new clients
