This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing company. They are currently seeking an Interim Marketing Manager with multi-channel marketing experience to cover maternity leave (12-month contract) and support their busy marketing department. This full-time role based at their Head Office in Barnsley is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing global company.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main responsibility in this exciting role will be to execute their global marketing plan and PR presence, aiding the marketing and global sales teams in the delivery of projects, both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive & implement channel marketing activity to drive sales through direct and indirect channels
- Develop & manage joint marketing activities through their authorised network in Spain, Italy and Poland
- Work alongside their UK, USA & Polish sales teams to execute the marketing plan
- Work with the company’s PR agency to generate key industry article topics
- Write industry/product copy text for marketing literature
- Proofread and copy check all external press releases, technical articles and online/offline publications produced internally
- Manage and control the marketing budget
Skills & Experience:
- Solid commercial awareness
- Experience of people management
- Excellent copywriting skills and PR experience
- Experience of working with CRM systems, good IT skills & knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Minimum 8 years marketing experience
- Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent CIM professional qualification
