This company provides specialist services and support for children and young people up to age 30, across the UK. They are experiencing an exciting time of change and they seek a full time Central Team Administrator with a hands on approach to join them as a key member of the Central Office overlooking the sea on the outskirts of Brighton.

Role responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the administration of their work with children and young people.
- To provide administrative support to for all field-based workers.
- Undertake administrative tasks including; dealing with enquiries, quotes & invoices, transcribing audio & video recordings, proof reading & editing reports, maintaining filing systems.
- To work closely with the other central team administrators and deputise for leave and absence
- You will dealing with sensitive information relating to children and young people who may have witnessed or been the victim of serious crime.

Essential skills & experience:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organisation abilities.
- Ability to build effective working relationships quickly with a wide range of professionals.
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Confidence with all Microsoft Office programs.
- Flexibility, resourcefulness and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.
- Willingness to develop own knowledge and skills.
- Ability to handle traumatic and sensitive information and to work calmly and confidently with people in distress

£20,200 - £21,800 depending on experience
