The role
Working in a small team, the purpose of the Casework and Marketing Administrator is primarily to organise and administer events, workshops and webinars, coordinate meetings and training days. The successful candidate will also be required to provide support to the Caseworker and Marketing Executive as required.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Coordination and management of events including liaising with trainers and presenters to ensure all delivery resources are current and requirements for the session are present i.e. slides/audio visual / Q&A post event.
- Creation and administration of the on-line booking system for all events, workshops and webinars.
- Work with the team to deliver the Visitor Training Day and AGM including marketing of the event, coordination of the venue, bookings, catering, agendas, etc.
- Monitoring and administration of the delegate attendances of events including waiting lists, event feedback; reporting on booking versus attendance numbers.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Executive including monitoring stock levels for marketing materials, supplying communications to delegates’ pre and post event, preparation of monthly and annual statistics for delegate bookings and service uptake.
- Provide administrative support to the Caseworker including scanning and storage of documents on the IT system, preparation of letters to members as required, collating data on member services and suggesting ways to improve the service.
- General office support including reception coverage, minute taking, general administration and clerical support.

What are they looking for?
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service combined with administrative experience working in a busy office environment. Applicants should be organised, with good attention to detail, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, as well as some experience of using social media.

Events or conference administration experience would be advantageous.

Above all, candidates will need to have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to get involved to support other members of the team.

Please note, occasional travel and occasionally working outside of core hours for events will be required in the role.
