Verification Case Officer

Manchester

37.5 hrs per week, £21,218 per annum + weekly target related bonus

These are full-time, permanent roles. Shift patterns are applicable and rotational from 9am to 8pm. These include weekend working, with an alternative day off throughout the working week.

Duties include:

- Providing best advice to all customers; checking that the case would be viable to move forward in the process
- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the administration of each case is accurately and timely processed
- Collecting card payment details
- Obtain any outstanding documentation from the client
- Increasing customer satisfaction and reducing drop off rates through improved customer service
- Discussing and resolving any objections from customers regarding qualifying product
- Updating the client management database efficiently re: time spent on client cases (full training provided)
- Support, guide and feedback to CAM’s (customer account managers) on any issue with their case referral
- Work with creditor meeting team to ensure cases gain protection/approval.
- Submitting statutory documentation to the Accountant in Bankruptcy within prescribed deadlines
- Any other duties as required.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have/are:

- Attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to strict deadlines
- Conscientious, with a strong customer service work ethic
- Ability to work on your own initiative and within a team
- Insolvency experience is preferred but not essential; as full training will be provided
