YOUR ROLE:
You will be operating a Bobst Media and responsible for:
- Daily productivity, running machines at maximum output whilst ensuring that timely schedules and targets set are achieved
- Ensuring jobs are produced to the highest quality level and that the quality procedures are followed
- Troubleshooting with responsibility for general maintenance and cleanliness of equipment
- Working to internal systems and procedures
- Participate and contribute towards continual improvements to production operations and wider company operations
- Working within health and safety guidelines
THE CANDIDATE:
- Experience operating Bobst gluing machines or similar ESSENTIAL
- Experience with other print finishing machines beneficial (die-cutting)
- Very keen attention to detail & quality standards
- Proactive contributor toward operational and team culture
- Able to work autonomously with minimum supervision
- High level of organisation and time keeping skills
- Willingness to take on overtime
- Friendly and personable
