Salary: £19,411 per annum
This company requires a Caretaker, based at their Wyndham Way/Henson Way site. Operating on a split shift system (one week Monday to Thursday 5.45am – 1.30pm and Friday 5.45am – 1.30pm and 3.15pm – 7.15pm; followed by one week Monday to Thursday 1pm – 8.30pm and Friday 1pm – 7.15pm) in this full time post you will work as part of a small team providing a comprehensive range of caretaking and cleaning duties. Occasional Saturday overtime will be required.
This will include but not limited to site security, pool car safety and maintenance checks, intruder and fire alarm call outs (out of hours), you will be required to be a key holder, H&S checks.
They are looking for an individual with a “can do” attitude, who takes pride in their work and delivers internal customer satisfaction. Whilst experience would be an advantage, full training will be provided. The position may involve heavy lifting on occasions and a full driving licence is essential. You must be prepared to train and act as a first aider.
Pedestrian/Fork lift truck licence would be advantageous along with Fire Marshall, manual handling and H&S experience.
