The role involves providing inspirational career guidance for young people in pre and post 16 education and learning settings including in schools and colleges. The successful applicant needs to be:
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 4 in Information, Advice & Guidance.
- Experienced at providing inspirational classroom-based careers advice activities and face to face personal guidance support to young people in education settings
- Passionate about personal guidance and demonstrate a professional approach to providing IAG.
- An excellent communicator, able to engage with young people and adept at building strong working relationships
- A competent user of ICT and web-based careers IAG resources
- Able to organise your own workloads effectively and efficiently
