They are currently seeking a Home Manager with experience in providing excellent Residential Care to manage their purpose-built, 40-bed care facility in Bradford. You must be persuasive with a warm approach, having the ability to influence, lead, supervise and inspire the established team.

About the home
Purpose-built, this is thoughtfully designed and very well equipped. Full lift access, spacious communal areas and good decor make for a thoroughly pleasant environment. This care home offers residential care for the elderly, people suffering from dementia, and disabled members of the community. Respite care places also available within the home.

About the role
They are seeking an experienced Home Manger to:
- Provide excellent levels of management across staff, income and expenditure to ensure they continue to truly enrich the lives of their residents and their relatives, while operating within set budgets
- Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders such as the Local Authority, CQC and Primary Care Trust commissioners, through effective healthcare partnering
- Identify and implement new business and service opportunities
- Ensure the home is compliant with all regulatory and company quality requirements by carrying out regular audits, reviews and training

What you will provide
- Commercial acumen, a strategic focus and a track record of making a tangible difference in a heavily regulated sector
- A management qualification such as LMCA, or equivalent
- Confident and articulate communication skills
- A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and a belief in giving your personal best at all times while striving for continuous improvement
