Summary of the key responsibilities of their Care Coordinators are:
- Supervise a team of Care & Support Workers
- Prepare Care Worker Rotas
- Take on new care packages and prepare care worker rota's
- Taking Part with the on-call rota
- Be the link between support workers, Care Manager
- Act as a link between the client and the office
- conduct care planning and risk assessment visits.
- Take part in quality assurance reviews
In order to apply you must:
- Have previous care experience
- Very organised with good literacy and computer skills
- Be Flexible
- Be passionate about delivering a quality service
- Be able to support and supervise a team.
- Have relevant training although additional training will be provided
