This family-owned domiciliary care agency based in Chippenham, Wiltshire provides help and support to clients in their own homes across the Wiltshire area

They are currently recruiting for a full-time care co-ordinator to join their friendly and welcoming team based in Chippenham. Applicants must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and experience using call rostering software. A confident and friendly personality would be beneficial in order to adapt and respond to the needs of their clients in a courteous and professional manner.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm and includes one night ‘on-call’ per week, with one weekend in every four ‘on-call’. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- To complete new client initial assessments and care plans, as well as regular service user reviews
- To support and assist new members of staff in their training, shadowing and induction process, as well as engaging in staff spot checks and supervisions
- Managing the organisations’ service user / staff database
- Assisting with the planning / co-ordination of service user visits, including carrying out service user visits as and when required
- Carrying out spot audits of service delivery
- Managing the administrative function of the organisation’s business on a daily basis

They offer a competitive salary, as well as the option to work overtime for additional remuneration. A full, clean driving licence with own vehicle is required.
