Full & Part time vacancies for day and night care assistants in their friendly residential care homes specializing in dementia care for the elderly in Rickmansworth, Herts and Northwood, Middlesex - North West London. Both homes are just a few minutes walk away from the metropolitan line underground stations. The care assistants play a key role in transforming people's lives.

As a care assistant, you will work within a team of staff to provide high quality support to our elderly residents, based upon their needs and wishes. You'll plan together with the residents you support, and help them to make choices about how they want to lead their lives.

You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team to provide personal care and support. These posts will suit people who are friendly and outgoing, and who want to help someone achieve a good quality of life. Patience and sensitivity is more important than experience, you will be supporting people in every aspect of their day & helping them make choices about how they want to live their lives.

Previous experience of this type of work, although desirable, is not required, as full training will be given. A good level of spoken and written english is required as is being comfortable using a computer. They welcome applications from all sections of the community and value diversity in our staff team.
