Care Assistant (Full /Part time Hrs available - Days or Nights)

They passionately believe that care comes before profits and we put the residents’ care, welfare, well- being and safety at the centre of everything we do.
Responsibilities to include:
- Assist in the provision of high quality care to the residents
- Work as part of a team to achieve required standards
- To be involved in all other general activities of the Care Centre
- To be co worker for a group of residents by liaising with families to ensure that the residents have adequate toiletries, personal clothing
- To be an ambassador for the Company
The person:
- Have a genuine interest in working with elderly people with and without dementia
-Have the ability to communicate in English to an acceptable level
- Always adopt a "Can do" attitude
- Be caring, motivated and flexible
- To be a Team Player
Remuneration Depends on age, any relevant experience and qualifications. The hourly rate of pay starts at £7.30 to £8.40 per hour for weekdays, enhanced weekends rates. These rates of pay are revised each year and long service is awarded. Quarterly bonuses for good attendance.
In house and off site training is provided free of charge.
Due to the location of the home, a transport service for staff from Brentwood Station to the homes can be provided at a subsidised rate.
