They have an excellent record with their staff, their customers and the CQC for doing things properly and they are currently looking for applicants as Care Assistants as they continue to grow otheir business.
The role requires visiting customers in their own homes, providing assistance and support with a variety of tasks from personal care, companionship, meal preparations and domestic tasks.

They offer guaranteed hours contracts depending on agreed availability.
Pay & Bonuses
- They offer the leading wage rates and have full-time care assistants (35 hrs/wk) earning £20,000+ p.a.
- Hourly rates of £9.30 for weekday, £10.09 for weekday evening work and £11.21 for weekend work
- They pay travel time at £7.50/hr for travel between calls
- They also pay mileage expenses paid at 30p/mile.
- 4% monthly attendance bonus and after 6 months good service they will pay at 8%
- They have their own pension scheme
- They will provide you with a mobile phone and a uniform for work
- They provide full training to Care Certificate to all candidates new to care.
