They sell a diverse range of insurance products online and over the phone, providing efficient and excellent customer service to all of their clients.
They are looking for applicants who are self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment and possess a brilliant telephone manner and communication skills. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is ideal but not essential. However keyboard skills are a must.
Their office hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 7:30pm, Fridays 9:00am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm. They have a range of shifts which are flexible to the right applicant.
