This company is the UK’s largest used motorcycle dealership and due to the continued success and growth of the business, they are now looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their expanding telemarketing purchasing team in Macclesfield

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading company in a fast moving and busy office environment, contributing to the overall success of a high performing organisation working in their specialist purchasing team.
The role is critical to the success of the business, so they are looking for someone with an excellent phone manner as this is a telemarketing-based role.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
The role involves working in their purchasing environment as a telemarketer dealing with incoming online applications from customers who want to sell their motorcycle.

- Making contact with customers via phone who want to sell their motorcycle.
- You will be required to question the customer thoroughly on the condition of the motorcycle to produce an appraisal which allows us to determine a price according to current market values for all applications.
- Negotiating with the customer to agree a final purchase price.
- Arranging an appointment for their transport team to visit the customer’s address and appraise the motorcycle prior to purchase.
- Liaising with the collection driver and the customer at the time of collection.
- Responding to all other incoming sales leads & internet inquiries as required.
- Working to daily, weekly & monthly personal and team targets.
- General office administration

Professional Skills & Qualifications
- Have previous sales / telesales experience.
- Have a strong, professional work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Be self-motivated, target driven & results orientated.
- Have strong people skills with good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Be eager to learn and work as part of a team.
- Be a clear and precise communicator.
- A fast thinking, proactive and confident approach to telemarketing.
- Competitive attitude with a resilience and determination to succeed.

Working Week:
- Monday – Friday plus every alternate Saturday.

Targets are realistic and achievable, so capable telemarketing professionals can comfortably over achieve and be very successful in this role.
