Job Title: Call Centre Agents
Location: Loughton, Essex
OTE: £16,000 - £36,000 (Basic salary £16-18k, plus commission up to £18k per annum)
They are looking for a number of Call Centre Agents within the Company.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a short-term finance business based in Essex who employ over 150 staff. Skills / Education and Attributes Required:
- GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous Call Centre experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills and a personable approach.
- Good administrative skills and with an attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience working within the financial services marketplace or regulated environment (desirable).
