You will work as part of a team to deliver the best possible service to their customers, alongside other administrative tasks as directed. The day to day role will involve liaising with their network of UK suppliers when making bookings, changes or enquiries and tracking existing bookings to ensure service delivery to their customers is maintained.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- To provide excellent customer service to their premier customer’s whilst managing their ground transportation requirements.
- To assist the team leader in the delivery of the service to their customers.
- To be responsible for taking ground transportation bookings from their customers.
- Liaising with their network of UK suppliers when making bookings, changes or enquiries.
- Tracking existing bookings to ensure service delivery to their customers is maintained.
- To work as part of a team to deliver the best possible service to their customers.
- To complete other administrative tasks as directed.
- To work in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- To undertake such other duties that may be reasonably expected.
