The Role
- A newly created post to provide critical support to of our core national Sales teams with production of manufacturing and construction drawings (along with 3D models where required).
- Key responsibility for all relevant documentation to convert a Sale to a Production Order. Management of the drawing library and project records for this part of the business.
- Occasionally representing the company at Design meetings with customers, and making effective contributions to those meetings.
- A specialist working within a national team but also on own initiative. Decisions made will impact directly on internal and external customer relations.
The Individual
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and associated packages such as Revit, Solidworks, Sketch Up.
- A track record demonstrating expertise in the completion of manufacturing and construction drawings, including 3D models.
- Evidence of skills in preparation of quote and tender documentation, and technical support to customers is desirable, as is any formal relevant qualification, such as in Civil Engineering.
- Great communications and mathematics skills, plus the ability to work independently and on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Based on this site, but also able to travel to Head Office and other UK sites as required.
