Due to an increased workload, they are now looking to grow the practice and an exciting opportunity has been created for a skilled CAD Technician to join the team in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.
Your new role
Your role will sit between the Planning & Structural teams.
- You will work on a variety of exciting projects ranging from residential to commercial, from refurbishments to new builds.
- You will work directly with clients and other professionals in the team to complete architectural drawings
What you'll need to succeed
- Be able to produce technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D 2016
- Experience desirable in Revit, SketchUP and Photoshop
- Come from a residential drafting background
- Have experience in preparing drawings for residential planning applications
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Be able to work to tight deadlines without adversely affecting quality
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Creative flair
- Team player
