This outsourcing call centre specialises in Mobile Phones within the telecommunications sector.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The main purpose of the Business Telesales Executive is to generate sales and win new business, through proactive outbound campaigns.

- The role involves promoting the full Techhouse business product portfolio, across our mobile, fixed and value added services.
- Actively manage a defined list of customers, along with handling inbound opportunities with the view to on-boarding new clients ensuring revenue and margin sales targets are achieved and client satisfaction maximised.
- To actively sell our full product portfolio into SME sector.
- Identify upsell opportunities within client accounts managed.
- Develop a clear understanding of customers business and technology requirements and use this understanding to develop a qualified pipeline of sales opportunity.
- Use pipeline management and sales execution to ensure sales targets are achieved on an on-going basis

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Proven successful track record of selling Telecommunications to Small & Medium Business marketplace.
- Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets on a regular & recurring basis whilst ensuring customer expectations are always met.
- Excellent knowledge of the marketplace and overall telecoms industry, its products, services & vendors etc, gained through prior experience in an Sales role selling ICT products & services into the SME sector
- Direct experience of preparing and submitting sales proposals.
- Excellent commercial acumen.
- Demonstrable experience of effectively managing and developing accounts, and building a qualified sales pipeline of opportunity.
- Fluency in English is essential.
