Are you a benefits focussed Business Systems Analyst with full SDLC experience, a strong technical background and excellent communication skills? This company, a leading UK training provider, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated BSA to get to grips with a portfolio of over 20 business systems and the business processes they support, and drive a programme of continuous user-centric improvement across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will probably have a background in development or testing and have a track record of building strong working relationships with colleagues, internal business stakeholders and external suppliers.
Requirements
You will need the following skills and experience:
- A very sound grasp of the analyst’s toolkit and documentation, from facilitating requirements workshops to process/data modelling through to testing, training, implementation and support
- Demonstrable ability to own and manage development backlogs across multiple systems
- An enquiring mind, excellent problem solving skills and the interest to develop a deep knowledge of the applications and the business activities they support
- A strong business benefits focus and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SQL experience, including T-SQL and TFS
Any of the following experience would be a distinct advantage:
- Working in an Agile environment
- Data manipulation/analysis for reporting
- Understanding of business change management
Benefits
A competitive salary is offered circa £40k-£45k plus a full and flexible benefits package. The post is a permanent and full time position based in Slough. It could potentially be based in Swindon.
