This company are world leaders in the development of powerful software solutions used by museums, archives and libraries on every continent. Their systems are used by many of the largest and most respected cultural institutions in the world.

They offer a pleasant working environment in a company that is unique in its mix of culture and technology. Within the UK they have 60 employees who sit within either the Manchester or Nottingham office. Due to continued success, the Business Support team are looking for an additional Administrator who will be based in the Manchester office.

The Role
They are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator who will be able to offer administrative support to both the Manchester and Nottingham sites. The role is integral to the smooth running of company processes and procedures day to day.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and will be able to multitask whilst keeping up with deadlines and demands from teams across two sites. The role will be undertaking, but will not be limited to, the following duties: -

- Facilities management with direct liaison with suppliers and representatives and management of operating leases and contracts
- Maintain and update customer maintenance schedules
- Sales order processing, through to billing and ensure circulation to appropriate parties for action
- Purchase order processing and procurement of equipment and other third party services and/or solutions
- Support credit control when required
- Book travel arrangements for the Management, and others as required.
- Support Programme Delivery when required
- Provide cover for other team members when required.
- Assist with reception duties and any other Ad hoc task as required.

The candidate
To qualify for the role, you should be able to prove that you have: -
- 1 or 2 years’ general office experience
- Team player, self-motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic coupled with strong work ethic.
- Actively enjoys dealing with people, problem solving and can demonstrate ability to build trusted relationships.
- Excellent IT skills – MS Office and some knowledge of financial systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, happy to communicate at all levels throughout company.
- A completer-finisher with outstanding organisational and administrative skillset.
