This provider of life, pension and investment platforms is looking to recruit a Business Process Analyst. Their Professional Services team is dedicated to delighting their customers and ensuring that they get the maximum possible benefit from their investment. - Packaged consultancy services to deliver targeted solutions to common challenges

They are now recruiting for a Business Process Analyst with Professional Services experience based in their office in Altrincham.

Brief Job Requirements:

You will work closely with colleagues within and outside Professional Services principally focused on:

- Analysing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.
- Designing cost effective strategies to increase the efficiency of our customers’ business processes through changes in policies, procedures, organisational structure and technology solutions
- Building up a library of best practice processes for common functions (for example, case management, document management, bulk data updates) that can be deployed to their customer base.
- Promoting the Professional Services brand through whitepapers, insights and industry events.

Your required profile:

- Experience within Professional Services / Consulting team in a software vendor environment.
- Strong analytical background with an innovative mind set.
- Experience performing analysis, process design/reengineering, development, integration, and implementation of system improvements.
- Proficiency with process analysis techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping and Time & Motion studies.
- Educated to degree level or experienced in Business Analysis
- Proven ability to run workshops and meetings in a structured manner.
- Strong when dealing with clients, selling ideas to them and delivering excellent customer service.
- Can understand and translate high-level process implications easily without being a subject matter expert in a product or asset class.
- Can liaise between a variety of departments to create common terminology by moving away from technical or product specific references.
- Can see through the complexity of an organisation and the current processes to solve problems with best in class solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others, encourage collaboration and achieve results.
