This fast growing Corrugated Cardboard Company situated in Warminster requires a Business Information & Support Analyst to join their strong production team to help produce high quality corrugated cardboard packaging.
The main qualities and skills required are as follows:
- Answer incoming calls and assist with customers
- Planning, managing and assisting with queries from other departments
- Working with Facilities manager to investigate quality issues and customer complaints
- Creating month end reports and analysis via Packagin3000 software
- Assisting with Projects and Support
- Converse with Administration and basic IT skills
- Working as part of a Support team to assist with factory administrative requirements
- Understanding of Health and Safety
- Punctual and able to work in a team.
Hours of work Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm
Salary £21,000 - £27,500 depending on experience
