This provider of investment management services has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Support Manager to join their Guildford based Marketing and Business Development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the team to ensure continued delivery of an excellent sales and marketing service.

Duties will include
- Assisting providers on various products including sales promotion and marketing research
- Controlling and updating the CRM systems records and databases,
- Supporting the sales and marketing staff in their efforts to sell the firm’s services to IFAs and other intermediaries,
- Creating contact strategies for introducers and ensuring they are kept fully informed of the companies services.

The job holder will have experience working in a similar role/industry and may also be working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning and/or Investment Management Certificate (although these qualifications are not essential).

The ideal candidate will be -
- Numerate with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- They will be highly motivated
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Able to quickly build rapport with both staff and clients in a straightforward, friendly and helpful manner.
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is also essential.
