The Organisation:

Main Purpose
You will be responsible for creating and managing excellent working relationships at multiple levels both within the business and throughout your target customer’s organisation. Ultimately your role
will be measured by winning incremental business from both new and existing relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with sales enquiries from European markets.
- Converting those enquiries and logging them correctly within Sales Force.
- Developing the accounts of existing customers within the appropriate markets, keeping
them up to date with changes and new products available. Also, encouraging customers to buy a more comprehensive range of their products.
- Aiding members of other departments with any issues that require their language skills – eg assisting with translation of customer newsletters / articles for foreign publications.
- Taking instruction from the BDM to ensure their clients are kept up to date regarding their products and any news or changes in their services.
- Taking part in the organisation and execution of certain exhibitions and events.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be fluent in English, Spanish and Italian
- Strong Customer focus and a desire to go the extra mile for customers
- Must have an engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, Italian and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, MS Office, email and other
software applications
