This recently funded technology based start-up offers an Online Doctor Service to Enterprises for Employees and Customers.

The Enterprise Sales Executives are responsible for selling new business into or-organizations with more than 1,000 Employees.

You'll be responsible for net new acquisition of key Enterprise accounts and mid-size corporate. You’ll be able to sell across all the company’s products and services to help businesses reduce absence rates in the workplace as well as provide an incentive to their customers to be able to give access to a Doctor.

This individual will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business in the UK and Ireland as by acquiring new accounts from large enterprises, mid-market corporate.

The Candidate:

The Business Development Manager must have a demonstrable track record of new business development and sales to HR or Sales & Marketing Decision makers. Any experience directly within Employee Benefits or Rewards & Incentives will be highly advantageous. . Successful candidates will be strong hunters, thirsty to earn money and bring new clients on board.

Responsibilities:

- You will be hunting; building a strong network of enterprise customers and opening doors to the purchase of their products and services.
- Leveraging your existing network of contacts within the corporate segments to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage your own funnel of opportunities to progress them through the sales cycle and provide accurate reporting and forecasting based on results at each stage.
- Leverage existing strategic relationships to increase product adoption.
- Maintain and grow revenue within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Prepare activity and forecast reports on top accounts, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Support sales programs as required to drive pipeline and sales.

Required

- You have a strong sales track record in the B2B Industry and are passionate about Healthcare.
- Minimum of 3 years new business sales experience selling enterprise software solutions, employee benefits
- Ability to identify and cultivate prospects through targeted account planning and outbound communication tactics (phone, email, and social media) with or without marketing leads is essential
- Leveraging your existing network of contacts within the corporate segments to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to understand and articulate our products and services if successfully invited for interview.
- Experience selling Employee benefit services to Enterprise Customers.
