This is an outstanding career opportunity for a proven business developer to join a fast paced, growing company that recognises and rewards success!

Key tasks:

- Driving sales growth and brand recognition within London and the Home Counties.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to build a high level strategy and a detailed plan for targeting new markets and organisations.
- Create new leads, negotiate and close commercial cleaning contracts with senior procurement and decision makers.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline and secure new commercially viable accounts and long term contracts.
- Be able to complete to a high standard PPQ and Contract Tender documents, and generate quality presentations to clients.
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and quotations.
- Feed future buying trends back to the Managing Director.

Experience:

- You will have direct sales experience in the Contract Cleaning industry.
- Be used to working to deadlines.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate
- Charismatic and professional at all times.
- Good time management.

Package:

- Competitive basic salary (Subject to industry experience) plus commission which will be paid after an achievable target has been agreed and achieved.
