The Role:
They are looking for a confident Telesales Business Development Manager who is ready to join an exciting team and take a rapidly growing company to even greater heights.
Working from a database of qualified leads, you will be building your pipeline by interacting with influential decision makers at UK charities on the phone, building relationships with them, pitching the product and closing the sale on the phone.
Requirements:
- Previous sales and or business development experience
- Proof of hitting targets in a high pressure sales environment
- Ability to drive your lead generation and set your own appointments
- A new business mentality is required
- Excellent, refined communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style
- Highly professional and sales driven
- Self-motivated, resilient and results motivated
- Ability to close the sale
