The business is now accelerating to its next growth phase, creating exciting opportunities for team players who are passionate about customers and focused on delivering working capital improvements to both corporates and their suppliers. These working capital improvements help sustain jobs, drive growth and deliver a positive return for their funding providers, who are typically banks and financial institutions.

The company has achieved significant success due to its key message of increasing working capital, the life blood of business. They are now recruiting colleagues to share their message of how to increase working capital. You will be supported with marketing resources, which you will be instrumental in structuring, to help you deliver that message.

The downside, if you love ping pong tables, is that this is a focused, serious environment, with not a ping pong table or bean bag in sight with a team quietly working to deliver success for their customers.

Some of the key job duties of the role are as follows:
- Winning New Business and sustaining good relationships with existing clients
- Communicating the proposition to a target list of corporates
- Engaging through follow-up calls and building relationships with the target corporates and their decision maker
- Scheduling prospect meetings
- Researching potential corporate clients and presenting the proposition both face to face and over web conference
- Authoring proposals
- Monitoring market and business news for relevant stories in the client and prospect sectors.
- Reporting and recording the daily activity on their CRM: HubSpot system

Candidate Profile:
- Experienced Business Development professional in a B2B sales and business development
- Excellent inter-personal skills, able to foster and cultivate long lasting relationship with major clients and industry related companies
- Previous experience in managing relations with large corporates and senior level company contacts
- Good generic knowledge of business finance
- Can-do attitude to work, with the ability to multitask on several different projects and be passionate about the Fintech Industry
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work under pressure to deliver against performance targets consistently
- Good knowledge of HubSpot system highly desired
- Detailed understanding of Supply Chain Finance or similar previous Finance experience desired

This role is with Base Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + bonus + share options.
