High growth Facilities Maintenance Company, requires a hardworking and enthusiastic Business Development Executive, to join their close knit sales team, servicing commercial clients nationally.

Previous B2B sales essential, with experience in one of their core services:

Drainage Services, Window Cleaning, Waste management, High level Access and Kitchen - Fan and Extraction System Cleaning.

Package
- Salary £28,000 - £30,000 plus OTE

Responsibilities

- Establish a meaningful and lucrative network of clients in line with the company’s sales strategy, including direct sales and sub-contracted services.
- Developing relationships with allocated existing clients, maximising the number of services they utilize and maintaining current sales.
- Interact and liaise with their subcontractors, service, accounts and operational departments.
- Building good relationships within the company to reinforce an open and supportive culture across all teams.
- Ensure the company’s sale process is met for all quotes and signed contracts. Quotes on click, all relevant paperwork passed to the correct team prior to works being confirmed. Allow the operations team to liaise with the client/sub-contractors to confirm dates for the completion of works.
- Meet agreed monthly KPI’s.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Sales Manager to discuss any issues or future plans. This time should be used effectively to help aid the smooth running of the business and help move the business forward
- Complete standard weekly and monthly reports: SOFT report, manage your own appointments
- Complete any jobs assigned to you
- Work towards your incentive so you can maximise your earnings
