This company proud to be one of the largest office technology providers in the UK and as such have strong relationships with some of the world’s leading manufacturers which include Mitel, Panasonic, Lexmark, Toshiba and Canon. Due to the success of their current sales teams and their ambition to grow the business further, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Field Sales Executives to join their division in Stoke on Trent.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role as Business Development Manager will concentrate on developing new business sales opportunities through a mixture of field sales and telesales activities. As well as new business sales you will also be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts to maximize sales revenue.

The successful candidate(s) will be driven, confident, proactive and a good relationship builder with strong business development and account management with experience of operating within a highly pressurised and deadline driven sales environment to close sales deals and achieve sales targets.

- Proven track record in B2B Sales essential (office equipment experience desirable)
- The ability to identify and win new business as well as develop the existing customer base to maximise sales revenue.
- Computer literate, organised, able to prioritise and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills, with face-to-face sales environment experience.
- Self-motivated with drive to succeed.
- A full driving licence is essential.

This position offers the successful candidate(s) a rare opportunity to work hard to determine their own annual earnings; with competitive basic salary and uncapped commission rates amongst the highest in the industry.

The Package

Salary £30,0000 Basic, OTE: £60,000 pa, Uncapped Commission, Company Car and Fuel Card, Laptop & Mobile.
