This is an opportunity to join a worldwide organisation specialising in Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition & Document Creation solutions for the healthcare market. In the UK their products and services are used my more than 1,000 organisations to streamline their document workflows to save time and reduce costs. They have offices in Canada (HQ), UK & France totalling over 60 employees, including 25 in research and development.
They are currently looking to expand their salesforce in a vibrant market place ranging from small GP surgeries through to community care and large hospitals. The successful candidate needs to be outgoing, enthusiastic and willing to travel from the South of England to the Midlands. A full driving licence and own transport is necessary as the job includes lots of travel and some overnight stays.
Applicants could come from:
- Strong sales backgrounds within the healthcare sector
- A solid background in a software and technology
- Experience of Solution selling or services sales
- Telesales in the IT industry, looking to move into field sales

Duties will include;
- Telesales/cold calling
- Marketing & lead generation
- On-site customer visits & trade shows
- Software & hardware demonstrations
- Closing sales to meet sales targets
The successful candidate will earn a basic salary (based on previous experience) plus car allowance and commission on all sales. Commission is paid as a percentage of sales gross margin. OTE is uncapped and estimated at approx. 25% of the basic salary.
