Business Development Manager:
£24,000 basic plus OTE £40k uncapped commission

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to be part of a successful innovative Total Waste Management company.
This key position of Business Development Manager will play an important role in introducing a brand-new product to the existing customer base and to new customers.
To be successful in the role of Business Development Manager, you need a great positive attitude, self-motivation and need to be able to work under your own initiative. You will also have a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets preferably within the waste management sector but not essential.
You will be a confident energetic individual with a positive attitude and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Skills and Experience required:
- Proven experience in managing and developing new and existing accounts
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Results oriented and driven
- Proven success in working to targets
- Enthusiasm and self-motivated
- Positive can-do attitude
- Confident and outgoing
- Able to work autonomously using your own initiative
- Negotiation skills
- Organised & Efficient
- Good PC skills
The role will require product knowledge; full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £24,000 per annum plus excellent uncapped OTE of £40k+.
21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
