This creative digital learning agency with a first class client list, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team.
They are looking for someone who can tell their story and communicate their offer in the most compelling way to new and existing clients. You will be someone who can sustain strong and lasting relationships with their clients, adopting a consultative rather than a ‘hard sell’ approach.
You’ll be a motivated, diligent and energetic professional who enjoys creating and nurturing relationships with clients and seeking and securing new business. You'll have experience of sales and marketing for a digital agency, preferably within e-learning, and understand how digital media agencies work. You'll think digital.
You'll be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing - from making initial contact with prospective clients, researching and understanding their business objectives, to pitching and managing the development of proposals and tenders, as well as managing marketing activity and reporting on sales targets.
You’ll ideally be a well-connected individual who's built up relationships with HR or Learning & Development roles in corporate markets. You'll like networking and meeting people and you'll work well with a team. You’ll feel comfortable with corporate and public sector clients alike.
They offer a sales-related bonus in addition to the stated salary.
